I keep reminding me that many states have R.I.C.O. laws. Hopefully Trump will be indicted by the International Court of Justice for starting an aggressive war and other war crimes. Then a Democratic President can arrest him and send him the Hague. While all of that is being sorted out, State R.I.C.O. laws can proceed against the Trump crime family and retrieve every crooked dollar.⚖️

BTW, my gut has a hinky feeling about the attempted assassination at the annual journalist Ballroom gala. Why didn't anyone on stage look surprised or scared, even after security was moving them, I think I saw people grabbing their drinks!! Who does that when you hear gunfire. I don't know, maybe I'm wrong, but, it seems typical Trump deflection, low poll rating, hey everyone, feel sorry for me bc I haven't lowered groceries, utilities, gas, healthcare, and don't know how to stop the war I started in Iran.......just thinking out loud, don't want to sound like a nut case. It won't be a shoo-in to elect Dems to the new seats. I hope everyone finds a candidate (or 3) to support. We have got to take our country back from the endlessly greedy bastards.
"Cheating" means you do not follow the rules. Democrats in CA and VA followed all the rules and regulations and laws about how to put a referendum in front of voters. The Supreme Court ruled a couple years ago and reaffirmed last year that partisan gerrymandering is legal. *I* think the majority did this thinking it would inly hurt Democrats and black voters.
The only surprising thing is that this time Democrats fought back.
Judges in VA do not agree that the VA Dems cheated. On what evidence do you base your claim?
And the Supreme Court, generally considered to be very 'conservative,' (aka Republican) has ruled several times that gerrymandering is fine, if it's done for partisan reasons. How these Supreme geniuses differentiate partisan gerrymandering from racial gerrymandering I don't know.
