A trial lawyer walks you through the Senate confirmation in an empty room at four thirty in the morning and how it will affect you through the rest of the year, and maybe your life
And the part that made me most angry is probably the fact that the department chooses the target first, then builds the case later, and uses that to target political enemies, and not real criminals and actual dangerous people-For example, Jeff Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell and the entire network of people who protect them. They did one of the most evil things ever- they ran a worldwide sex trafficking and pdf file operation. At the highest levels of power.
But practically all of it made me angry
But the end gave me hope. Because you’re right. We do need to speak up. We do need so educate our families and friends and networks about this stuff. We need to see who is on what side and we need to take a stand. Everyday americans.
Hiring grifters, pardoning war criminals, & dismissing heroes: #TrumpianLiesKill tens of thousands.
Ret. Admiral McRaven: "Americans, we should be frightened — deeply afraid for the future of the nation. When good men and women can’t speak the truth.”
Trump goes to war with public health research, Dr. Anthony Fauci, and other pandemic experts. Heroes like Dr. Fauci deserve respect, not Trump’s attacks: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-6wIOKaHMWo
The DOJ is a lost cause until a new president, one with serving the American people in mind, is elected. Hopefully great lawyers and judges will continue to bring them to heel.
Quick questions for you: why is the transcript of Blanche’s interview with Maxwell not part of the Epstein files and subject to release under the Transparency Act?
This is one of the best things i’ve ever read.

That may happen, but the bigger concern has to do with the paperwork, and I did a deep dive on that in the post. I know Mark Elias feels the same way.
Yep. Very informative, as usual. Grateful a law degree isn't necessary to comprehend.
Am looking forward to how your new format plays out. Just hope you don't over-compensate (burn out) by trying to work too much into fewer posts.
I’m enjoying Substack. It’s my therapy. 🤠
