Ooh, another resource, just in case it's not on your radar screen: Indivisible.org is hosting their kickoff call this Thursday, July 30 at 8 PM Eastern Time for "Hands Off Our Vote," to learn more about their nationwide election protection program.
Better if you can do it with a few others, best if you can personally contact your state senator or lower-house representative. Your state probably has *some* election protection laws, so they would "only" need to run a gap analysis and fill in the blanks (quickly).
If you'd like some help, I'm part of a small group in VA that is on the verge of distributing this to a sizable list of legislators and relevant orgs, in the form of a snazzy and succinct presentation (slide deck). AI helped a lot, one of its benign uses, yay!
At the federal level, that is something Democrats in DC are currently brainstorming according to what I hear, and working with election-law organizations like Marc Elias's. What I hear is from a friend who heard a Hakeem Jeffries interview. However, I do not trust that man. Another recent interview he said he wouldn't commit to voting on "progressive issues" like Abolish ICE... which is what a MAJORITY of Americans want! There is something weird about that guy.

He may try to subvert the election rather than stopping our votes.
A more legally camouflaged strategy would be:
1. Target only the few races needed for House control.
2. Encourage local officials to withhold certification.
3. Launch federal “fraud” investigations involving those jurisdictions.
4. Keep cases unresolved through January 3.
5. Omit the affected Democrats rather than openly declaring Republican losers victorious.
6. Elect a Republican Speaker using the reduced opening roll.
7. Seat or reject disputed candidates later under procedures controlled by that Speaker and majority.
8. Describe the entire operation as preserving unresolved seats rather than reversing election results.
