Over the past year, I’ve written three separate posts explaining why. Each one was prompted by questions and concerns people shared with me, both on social media and here at the law firm.
Don’t let anyone convince you that your vote won’t matter or that you won’t even get the chance to vote. That’s exactly the mindset they want to create. When people believe it, they stop registering, stay home on Election Day, and silence their own voice.
Yes, there may be attempts to create confusion, long lines, or other obstacles at some polling places. Expect that. Prepare for it. But don’t mistake friction for failure. He cannot cancel the midterm elections.
If you’re registered and you show up, you’ll be able to vote.
So read and share the three articles below. Then make one commitment: verify that you’re registered, encourage your family and friends to do the same, and make sure every eligible voter you know shows up this year.
The most powerful response isn’t arguing online.
It’s voting.

No One Is Taking Over Your Vote and That Is Exactly the Point
He may try to subvert the election rather than stopping our votes.
A more legally camouflaged strategy would be:
1. Target only the few races needed for House control.
2. Encourage local officials to withhold certification.
3. Launch federal “fraud” investigations involving those jurisdictions.
4. Keep cases unresolved through January 3.
5. Omit the affected Democrats rather than openly declaring Republican losers victorious.
6. Elect a Republican Speaker using the reduced opening roll.
7. Seat or reject disputed candidates later under procedures controlled by that Speaker and majority.
8. Describe the entire operation as preserving unresolved seats rather than reversing election results.
