I think the AI response is spot on.

I’m saying it’ll be 8-1. I don’t think they even swayed Thomas really.

Let hope that life follows A.I.

In this instance, for sure Ned!

I re-stacked this article, not only for its content, which commands consideration, but also for its example of the up-side of artificial intelligence -- in this case, as a second opinion against which you can check out your own thoughts.

Ned, that’s the same reason we research and created the article. We wanted to see how well and how quickly the AI would do the analysis. We asked it to review 150 years of cases, statutes, and law review articles. We also asked it to incorporate into its analysis all of the past rulings by each SCOTUS justice during their judicial career. Their personalities and tendencies too. We then told it to consider political influence, if any. The research and final output took less than 10 minutes. We did due a due diligence fact check on the initial output which added a few more minutes. Before AI, this would have taken days or weeks. Truly amazing.

Now, let’s hope it’s right.

Mitch, I know how bizzy (busy+dizzy) you are 'writing' a two-front war with your meticulous research and keeping the octane level burning high. Your efforts make the rest of us understand just how high the stakes really remain. Thank you, good man, for taking the time to write to me so graciously and thoughtfully.

Oh, how I hope you are correct. And I hope we don't have to wait long for a decision.

Expect the decision the last week of June or first week of July.
