The FBI and DoJ are controlled by trump and the Republicans. Judges have authority in name only as the Judges have no enforcement power. Your arguments here fall flat on their face, federal laws are being broken by the trump and his administration every day and there is no FBI investigation and no DoJ prosecution. The crimes you identify that are likely to occur on January 3rd 2027 will not be investigated and will not be prosecuted by this FBI and this DoJ.
