The Trump Justice Department just indicted the Southern Poverty Law Center, the fifty-five-year-old civil rights organization that bankrupted the Klan, tracked neo-Nazis for the FBI, and exposed the exact networks now cozy with this White House.
It's worth noting that half of what Blanche threw at that press conference isn’t even in the indictment. Not alleged. Not charged. Not there. And you know what that tells me? This isn’t law. This is theater. The kind of theater that gets ratings, not convictions.
