Benjamin Netanyahu is facing two separate sets of criminal allegations at the same time, a corruption trial in Israel and an arrest warrant from the International Criminal Court (the ICC).
What I add is only a huge hate of Netanyahu and what he has done to the Palestinian people, especially the women and children, which is an emotion, not a legal comment. The fact that he doesn’t have more counts against him is the travesty. Still emotion, not action, but that our leaders, because add in Congress, take money from this country and allow him to visit the US freely, that requires action. One can condemn a killer without it having anything to do with his religion. I’m asking for calls to your representatives to condemn taking money from AIPAC. Oh, and a suggestion that our government find a different friend couldn’t hurt, either.
I am on the road and can not respond more fully. That does not mean I appreciate your insight any less. Thank you, Sir. As proud of you rightly are of your daughter's success, I surmise that such familial pride is a two-way street in this case.
So, basically, trump is giving him safe haven here in the U.S.? I think I saw a similar show on NCIS when Eli David, the head of Israel and Ziva's father, was assassinated while in the U.S.
The United States isn't part of the ICC and so there is no obligation to arrest. Having said that, being a member or not being a member of the ICC is a completely different conversation from what someone is being charged with based upon alleged facts and evidence. I'm just shining a light on what charges are pending as of today's date. There may actually be some updates over the next few days or weeks.
It would help to understand more about how the US (and injured former allies) might come to address the crimes against humanity and acts of international aggression that we are seeing.
Are there Nuremberg Trials or a comparable international legal action a possibility for the crimes being committed by actors in our government today? Who would bring the trials?

And just to illuminate anyone who thinks that Israel is the only country sought after regarding the October 7th massacre:
Mohammed Deif has an Active Warrant against him by the ICC. The ICC issued a warrant for his arrest for alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity committed on Israeli and Palestinian territory starting October 7, 2023. The charges encompass mass murder, hostage-taking, rape and other forms of sexual violence, torture, and cruel treatment. Although Israel claims to have killed Deif in a July 2024 airstrike, the ICC prosecution proceeded with the warrant because his death could not be definitively verified by the court.
They however cancelled the warrant against Yahya Sinwar and Ismail Haniyeh who were the political leaders at time because they were confirmed killed.
And the ICC warrant is why Bibi won't leave Israel except to visit the US. I keep hoping his flight has issues and is forced to land in Canada where he will be promptly arrested.
It's important to also note, Teri, that in total, there are 125 total states that signed the Rome Statute meaning they have an obligation to arrest and surrender him. The United States is not one of them.
Netanyahu is not a dictator. He’s an elected leader of a democracy. The only democracy in the Middle East. I’m not defending Netanyahu. But he’s not in the same league as Putin or Xi.
As with our orange oaf, bibi is doing anything he can to avoid prosecution.
Thank you for this article Mitch!

Nail the bastard.
I had a long conversation with a client who wasn't aware of all these charges, so I thought I'd put together a quick objective summary.

Thank you, didn't realize that!

Need that AGREE button, as I do not like the idea that he, Putin, et al, can come here freely.
And meanwhile, back on the farm, our president is best buddies with Netanyahu (as well as Putin, Xi, Kim, Lukashenko, ....).

Birds of a feather flock together. It's inexcusable, dangerous, and sad.
