The wording is vague on impeachment in Article II-Sexion 4. That phraseology could read as a collective impeachment to remove the President, Vice President, and the Cabinet. General consensus is that impeachment is -- or was intended to be -- conducted on a case-by-case basis.
Yet I am not so sure. The idea of collective responsibility in the British Parliament was not yet articulated publicly in Britain but may have been taking shape and in the minds members in the Parliament and of, at least some, of the participants in the Constitution.
On a side note: ¿Can President's corrupt pardons and self-dealings be revoked by an honest successor?
A solid top 5 citing grounds for impeachment for sure. I would like to see a detailed financial breakdown. I think an Cliff Notes umbrella approach covering all Trump's misdealing (foreign and domestic) would help crystallize people's understanding of just how massive the Trump revenue rake has been. I would think pardons and the $$ associated with each would be appropriate along with everything else, i.e., crypto, ballroom donations, corporate extortion (Intel, Nvidia, etc.). There are so many buckets to draw from, this may need to become a series.
