Someone posted a misguided statement about lawyers over on LinkedIn (repeated typical FOX news and corporate America talking points without any facts) and it reminded me to finish and post this piece I’ve been working on. Right now, lawyers and judges are holding the line when it comes to protecting democracy. In the 2026 midterms, it will be the people. I’m optimistic everyone will do their job.
