For example,the rapid transformation of our agricultural/farm lands into massive & complex industrial, and corporate structures by the greed & wealth of a few Tech investors, absent of US & State Congressional Regulations, have to be a growing concern. Moreso, this behavior is at the expense & strain on public utilities, highly toxic air pollution,which includes harmful toxins of our soil and vital water ways.
