(ie - call those state attorneys general, etc)
An organization could feed a lot of people with that money. The government (for the people) could also put that money back into important medical research, school lunch and headstart programs, or rural hospitals. I could think of many other ways to spend that money rather than a birthday party for the obnoxious Toddler-in-Chief.
