I think it's the same in every country; we just don't have the tools available to us to punish them quickly for doing something we don't agree with, so they get away with a lot in 4 years. It requires mass protests WITH vandalism to really get the point across, and even that's not a guarantee. There must be a better way.
Needless to say, if half of the country fully agrees with something the president does, then our half is completely powerless.

I felt sick and sad watching the bully displayed by Trump and Vance. It showed how weak we have become that they stand with Putin and not our allies.
