Republicans Just Protected Epstein’s Secrets. That Tells You Everything.
This week, House Republicans had one job. Vote to unseal the Epstein files. Expose the predators. Deliver justice.
They failed.
The amendment by Democrats called for the release of Epstein-related records and documents held by the Department of Justice, including materials that could identify clients, associates, and potential co-conspirators. The language made clear that victim identities would be protected.
Simple right?
Except for one thing.
Every Republican, excluding one, voted NOT to release the information.
That’s 211 “no votes” by Republicans with 9 opting not to vote at all.
My take-a-way is simple.
Republicans just told America where they stand.
Not with survivors. Not with transparency and justice.
They stand with protecting the predators and Donald Trump.
And we won’t forget.
