New FBI Epstein Victim Interviews Released
FBI 302s Reveal New Allegations of Sexual Misconduct by Donald Trump Against a Minor, Facilitated by Jeffrey Epstein and Protected by Decades of Threats and Blackmail
The Department of Justice released new FBI interview reports on Thursday that had previously been withheld from public view.
The reports date back to 2019 and relate to a woman who made allegations that she was abused by Donald Trump in the 1980s while she was a minor.
The reports are below. I prepared a summary if you’re pressed for time.
Trump needs to sit down and answer questions under oath.
That only happens if Democrats win back the majority in Congress in this year’s midterm elections.
Summary of Reports:
These four FBI FD-302 interview reports, dated July through October 2019, document a series of interviews with a protected source (”II”) who described being sexually abused by Jeffrey Epstein beginning when she was approximately 13 years old while living on a South Carolina island. In the first interview (July 24, 2019), II described how Epstein lured her to his residence under the pretense of a babysitting job arranged through her mother’s real estate business, drugged her with cocaine, alcohol, and marijuana, and forced her to perform oral sex. Over subsequent encounters, which she estimated numbered between 6 and 20, the abuse escalated to violent rape involving objects, physical assault, threats, Polaroid photographs of the abuse, and demands that she recruit other young girls.
In the second interview (August 7, 2019), II revealed that Epstein and an associate named Jim Atkins blackmailed her mother using the explicit photographs, which led her mother to embezzle from her real estate company and ultimately serve approximately two years in federal prison. II also described being taken by Epstein to a building in New York or New Jersey where she was introduced to Donald Trump, who she alleged forced her head toward his penis; she stated she bit him, after which Trump struck her and demanded she be removed. II reported that Epstein spoke openly about blackmailing people, and that she overheard Epstein and Trump discussing blackmail and what she characterized as money laundering through casinos.
In the third interview (August 20, 2019), II provided additional details about years of threatening phone calls and intimidation she and her mother received from unidentified individuals she believed were connected to Epstein, including calls telling her to keep her mouth shut, as well as multiple vehicular incidents on Interstate 5 in which cars appeared to deliberately try to run her off the road. She noted the threats intensified around the time “he was running,” a reference her attorney connected to needing to cover tracks.
In the fourth and final interview (October 16, 2019), the tone shifted significantly, II arrived without counsel, questioned the purpose of continuing to cooperate given the expired statutes of limitations, and asked the agents “what’s the point?” The agents encouraged her to take time to consider whether she wished to provide further details about her contacts with Trump and other Epstein associates, and the interview ended without substantive new disclosures.

Absolutely heartbreaking to read, Mitch. The idea that a sitting president could be implicated in such predatory and violent behaviour toward young girls is sickening. These are not just political scandals — they’re human tragedies that leave deep and lasting scars on victims and their families.
Justice must be pursued relentlessly, no matter how powerful the accused. We owe it to the victims — and to our collective conscience — to ensure their voices are heard and their lives are rebuilt with dignity and support. No one should ever be above accountability.
