If I were president of the United States, I wouldn’t waste a single day pretending this is complicated. I wouldn’t spend years dodging the truth, hiding behind red tape, or shielding the powerful. I wouldn’t leave survivors in the dark while predators breathe easy. I’d walk up to that podium, look the American people in the eye, and speak the truth out loud.
“At 9 a.m. tomorrow, every single page of the Epstein-related documents will be released. Every agency has already been instructed to comply. The only redactions will be to protect the names of the victims. That’s it. That’s the line.”
I’d tell you what most good Americans already know. This is about the victims. It always has been. It always will be.
And I would have done it on day one of my presidency.
Enough is Enough
This country has ignored them long enough. The survivors of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell’s abuse don’t need more silence. They need someone in power to finally stand up, say enough is enough, and do something.
Here is exactly what I would say on day one.
We Are Putting Victims First
The victims are not a footnote. They are not collateral damage. They are daughters, sisters, friends. They have lived through trauma most people cannot begin to imagine, and they have waited too long for justice. We will not let their pain be buried to protect the comfort of the rich and connected. We will not allow this government to turn away while survivors are gaslit into silence.
This isn’t about politics. This is about human rights. About dignity. About choosing courage over complicity.
We Are Protecting Future Victims
Predators thrive in shadows. The names in those files are not just names. They are threats. Some of the people shielded by secrecy are still walking free. Still flying on private jets. Still targeting vulnerable kids.
If we can stop one more child from being abused by shining a light on these files, then we have a moral duty to do it. If we can stop one more survivor from waking up to the news that their abuser is being protected, then we will.
Because no one in this country should have to wonder if the government is helping child predators stay hidden.
We Are Demanding Accountability
We cannot talk about justice if we are too scared to name those who committed crimes. Everyone is entitled to due process. No one is entitled to protection. No one is entitled to special treatment. No one is entitled to a coverup paid for with your tax dollars.
We are not redacting the truth. We are redacting the names of victims and survivors to respect their privacy. Everything else will be public.
No more leaks. No more secrecy. No more backroom deals to protect people who preyed on children.
The Files Will Be Released
Everything gets disclosed. Every page of the investigation. Every single page of the Epstein-related documents. The only redactions will be to protect the names of the victims.
We don’t need to make the uncomplicated complicated. And that’s what’s happening.
The public deserves the truth. The survivors deserve closure. And this country deserves a government that does not cover for the worst among us.
This Should Have Been Done Already
This should not be bold. This should be normal. It should be the bare minimum. It should be the standard for every leader in this country who claims to serve the people.
But Trump didn’t do it. And the files are still locked up.
The coverup continues. The people who should be behind bars are still being protected. The victims are still being ignored.
He knows it. You know it. And deep down, he knows you know it.
So the question is not whether the files should be released. The question is why Trump still refuses to release them.
Why is he so afraid of the truth?
You deserve answers. You deserve action. Nobody deserves to be protected.
This is not complicated. It’s cowardice versus courage. I know which one I choose. How about you?
