The ICE perpetrator is said to have 10 years on the job. He positioned himself as the 'point-man' of an encircling ring of menacing-armed-hostile (they were demanding UNjustified compliance) band of masked uniformed THUGS.

ANYONE in their RIGHT mind would have IMMEDIATELY pulled away from the OBVIOUS TRAP.

Dear Mitch,

As usual, a compelling and educational article about the laws of this tragic incident. I watched several videos, some were hard to tell what happened, but one was very clear. She was driving slowly, her driver side front wheel was pointed towards the right, away from all ICE Agents, except the closest one, who seemed to be near her drivers side front bumper for a second, moved out of the way, and as she was slowly driving away, he was next to her door, about 2 feet away, and you can see his right arm raised and hear the 3 shots fired, while he was out of the way and she was driving slowly away. It was pretty clear that he was not in danger, the other ICE Agents were behind him and further away from the vehicle. Then the shooter walked down the street on his phone, clearly not injured. Trump said he needed to be treated at the hospital. Surely there will be medical records of that.....surely, the jury, will there be a State and Federal jury??, will decide.

One question I have is: who is this shooter Ross?? Where's he from?? What's his background????

He obviously wasn't trained well, pulled his mask up later, and was wisked away in an unmarked vehicle.

Thanks for always informing us of the legalities of all of these incidents that have been happing this past year under our current administration. You always educate me.

Thanks for working so hard to benefit us all!! Hoping you are well!!

My pleasure. Ross was an experienced federal officer, approximately 43 years old, with around a decade of law-enforcement experience, prior service with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, military service in the Indiana National Guard, and at least one documented prior use-of-force encounter before the shooting.

Thanks Mitch,

I appreciate you finding out about Ross's background. For someone w that much experience, he should have behaved differently. IMHO, of course.

Take care, Judy Chupasko ☺️♥️🐾🌿🌏

I hope he's prosecuted.

Do the second and third shots fired imply intent?

I’m curious to see what ballistic experts determine was the fatal shot. Regardless, the second and third shots fired through the driver-side window as Renee drove past are critical evidence bearing on not just relevant to malice and intent, but also on rules/regulations being violated. Also see Tennessee v. Garner, 471 U.S. 1 (1985) (the Fourth Amendment prohibits police from using deadly force solely to stop a fleeing suspect- not that Renee was a suspect).

Thank you, Mitch; my tuition check is in the mail. The 'exculpating' vid. from the gangster régime convinced me all the more that this was murder.

Two experiences come to mind. One time, l got my 'crosses signalled' with a friend who pulling out of a parking place at about the speed Mrs Good was driving. I was standing about where that I.C.E. man was, but closer to the car. I am not sure what happened, but I had not gotten out of the way and my bud had assumed I did. So when the car edged toward me, I simply put my hand on the fender above the head-light and used it to spin out of the way. No harm done and a closer call than what I saw on the vid.

Another time, I was crossing the street at an unlit intersection on the Upper East Side of New York City. I was playing Ned McDanger and crossed the street while the cross-street's light was yellow. It was dark. There was a taxi and I played chicken. Since his eminent brilliance (i.e., me) did not realize that wearing a grey suit on a dark corner with the lapels curled in due to rain could camouflage me effectively, the taxi did not stop on its yellow light and hit me.

The taxi was going at the same speed as, or a little faster than, was Mrs Good's car in the vid. My body remained loose owing to surprise; it lay briefly on the hood and windshield. The taxi stopped immediately with a jounce to the vehicle that slid me off of the hood onto the pavement.

Understandably animated, the taxi driver came out to see if I was okay. He was more upset that he had 'struck' a pedestrian than he was angry at me for being foolish. I calmed him down, pointing out that it was not his fault but mine and that my suit was not even torn. The point is: I was not injured in any way, except for feeling stupid. So, this gestapo guy has no case; nowhere near life threatening.

EDIT P.S., one need not be 'blessed' with my thick Celtic cranium or 'burdened' with my confusion to understand, with shady J.D. Vance's vaunted common sense, that this homicide was a murder, of whatever degree. Most Americans with an open mind will draw that conclusion almost instantaneously.

I should have been clear about this too. In most civil wrongful death cases, evidence of a felony conviction is not just relevant. It is powerful. It can be admitted, it can shape the case, and it can fundamentally change the outcome for Good's family seeking accountability.
