Simple question: am I correct in assuming that if he's disbarred, he would then lack a required qualification for being AG and would have to resign at that point?
100%!!! There is no way this guy should still have a bar license!!! We need to fight back in every way we can here! At the very least we can and should try to take down the bar licenses of any and all attorneys who do Trump's dirty work!

i was a practicing licensed attorney from 1993 to 2021. i loved it and mostly i love the ethical oath. Blanche is a criminal.
So I (and anyone else so inclined) can file a complaint with the New York State bar association on these grounds, right?
