🔥 🔥 🔥 UPDATE: Almost instantly, Judge Allison Burroughs handed Trump his first loss, a Temporary Restraining Order blocking the ban on international students. The ink on his threat wasn’t even dry before the court shut it down. First round? Over. And he’s already bleeding.
I posted President Garber’s message on Facebook this morning. He also has an excellent interview on video with the Wall Street Journal. It’s really about academic freedom when Trump doesn’t get his way, he goes for blood and attacks. He simply doesn’t know any other way. Unfortunately for him, it won’t work this time and probably anytime. The only negative about having this go up to the Supreme Court is that Ketanji Brown Jackson will probably have to recuse herself since she sat on the Harvard board of overseers for a few years.
