Federal agents showed up with grand jury subpoenas this week, not because these journalists broke the law, but because they broke a story the government did not want you to read.
I am in agreement with everything you have outlined here. I am incredulous that the administration is able to do a double step over everything. I will contact my legislators, although, since I am in California, I am preaching to the choir. I admit to feeling powerless, as the President consolidates his power (with Supreme Court assistance). As an aside, I am currently re-reading "The Appeal" by John Grisham. Boy, did he ever see it coming.!

The attempt to prosecute these journalists for reporting on flaws in Trump's jumbo bribe from the Qataris is possibly the most frightening action yet from this rogue administration. Anyone who can't see that what's happening here is a flagrant coup attempt by a group of fascist bandits and their lackeys in Congress has their head buried deep in the sand. This authoritarian takeover-in-progress must be stopped and then prevented from ever happening again.
In trumps first term, Scotus, john Roberts specifically, was dismissive of the emoluments clause. Like sections 14AS3, 1, 4 and 5 emoluments is dead.

That court has given a known felon, Trump, the power to destroy all independent agencies independence from politics. Now Trump can run the entire Federal Government in furtherance of his criminal conduct. The 6 Supreme Court justices are directly responsible for furthering Trump’s criminal actions.

(4) ANSWERS on why crypto profits keep flowing into a sitting president’s family accounts, and
