Absolutely. We'll get the files once there's a new majority in Congress and through the power of subpoena and oversight. The Department of Justice and the FBI will be compelled to produce documents, whether they like it or not. Right now with the current Congress, it's just not going to happen. I'm looking forward to 2027 and 2028. They will be years to remember.
If Trump and his cronies are in charge don't you think all the evidence that points to Trump and friends would have been destroyed by now? How much you want to bet Ghislaine Maxwell gets a commuted sentence or a pardon! She may even get some of that $$ just stolen for his Trump slush fund.
Of course all of that is a possibility but the problem is the criminal implications to anybody that has illegally destroyed documentation and evidence. I actually don't think that's happened. I do think, with the new Congress after the midterms and with oversight in the power of subpoena, we will see public hearings and the Department of Justice and FBI will be held accountable for production and prosecution or lack thereof. It takes time but the reality is, elections have consequences and we're now experiencing the consequence of the 2024 election.
