Yesterday, during his Senate confirmation hearing, I watched and listened to Todd Blanche characterize the roughly two to three million pages not publicly released from Department of Justice’s original Epstein-file collection as unrelated or irrelevant to Jeffrey Epstein.
Former Justice Department Pardon Attorney Liz Oyer testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee that Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche lied under oath about the circumstances of her termination. She stated she was fired for refusing to grant a political favor by restoring the gun rights of a convicted domestic abuser and Trump ally (actor Mel Gibson).
Blanche should lose his license to practice law. The bar sets ethical standards, he violates every one of them. He's a disgusting representation of what the legal profession is, and lowers the bar for every incoming young attorney.
Can Todd Blanch continue to break the same law as his predecessor and stay out of prison? Pam Bondi deliberately and blatantly broke the law requiring the Department of Justice to release all of the Epstein files. She has yet to be arrested.

Three FBI depositions—(taken under oath from a second victim who testified that between 13 and 15 years of age, she was raped by Donald Trump)—are now in the hands of both the DOJ and Congress. In spite of the existence of these depositions, Interim Attorney General Todd Blanche—in defiance of law—has announced that his DOJ will not investigate Donald Trump for the rapes.
Blanche, one of Trump’s personal attorneys, has also announced that under his direction the Department of Justice will continue to ignore the law passed by Congress on November 18, 2025 that directed the Department of Justice to release all of the Epstein files no later than December 19, 2025.
In direct violation of this law, half of the Epstein files were withheld from Congress by the DOJ during Pam Bondi’s tenure as Attorney General. Todd Blanche has made clear his intent to continue the coverup.
If—(in the millions of pages of documents the DOJ refuses to release to Congress)—Bondi and Blanche have concealed evidence that Donald Trump is guilty of raping children, they must be criminally charged for their coverups.
PREDICTION: Evidence of Trump’s crimes against children will surface and topple the Trump Family Crime Syndicate; Trump, Bondi and Blanche will be prosecuted, convicted and thrown into prison.
Blanche has a simple choice: Do Trump's bidding and risk legal trouble, or defy Trump and risk his wrath. He chose the former long ago. The truth is that everyone who gets close to Trump will at least loose their integrity. Many will loose a lot more.

In the scheme of things, 200,000 pages doesn’t sound like much but the carve outs for alleged legal privilege, work product protection, deliberative process privileges, to safeguard active investigations which I am unaware of, and attorney/client privilege that screams protection for the guilty. And who is the lawyer and who is the client? Would you fill in the blanks with Blanche and Trump? Or are they protecting every person who told their lawyer that they were guilty? Inquiring minds want to know.
