I watched Trump phone into Fox News. Now he truly knows what a mandate looks like. The Dems have their work cut out for them, no doubt. I wish all members of our constitutional federal republic and our representative democracy the very best as we once again move forward.

Sidebar question for anyone that reads this - what was the biggest surprise or favorite moment in the various elections? Since I live in Tennessee, mine was seeing how close Marsha Blackburn came to nearly getting defeated. Jerri Green ran one heckuva campaign and nearly pulled it off.

2nd favorite - The Democrats have flipped enough seats in the senate to make John Fetterman politically irrelevant.

3rd favorite - seeing all the election deniers lose, especially Scott Perry and Andy Biggs.

Mitch, do you know whether the new house can undo the tariffs? Can they support Ukraine? Can they get the rest of Jack Smith's findings released? How much of the horrendous can they undo? They are certainly going to be busy.

Mr Jackson, Substack is international. YOU know what it means what it means when someone "is written into the public record". I sure as hell do not! Meantime, congratulations on a Democrat sweep. Canadians still will take a generation... or more... to forgive Americans. The bad guys, the Republicans, AND the non-voters, continue to outnumber the good guys... SOME Democrats.

But what a night, David. Change is not only in the air, it's going to be on the ground looking for accountability and more.

Thank you for a personal response to a negative comment, on a night when you are floating on air, Mr Jackson. My words stand, despite my repeat phrase, "what it means". ENORMOUS damage has been done- in only two years- by fascist republicans and creeps such as Stephen Miller, Susie Wiles, Elon Musk, a captive Congress and Senate- oh! sooo many evil Americans! Repairs will require decades. Decades.

But everyone needs to understand the hard work is ahead and citizens need to stay involved.

Congress must enforce the U.S. Constitution's disqualification clause (14th Amendment, Section 3). Congress never exempted Trump from the disqualification. It resets everything, since Trump was disqualified from running again in 2024. We get rid of his entire REGIME (cabinet, too) - null and void! My friend and retired attorney Ron R. Daines has a book in publication (and a free copy available on his LI page). How to Impeach, Remove and Dethrone King Trump for Dummies!

He's done. Wrongdoers will be held accountable and all Americans will benefit moving forward.

Apparently, as of tonight, Trump is accepting the results.

I personally cannot believe he and fellow rapist, murderers, all his oligarch partners will decide to “just give up” on a good thing.

Unless the majority of them have already flown out of the USA with all their wealth having been transferred out of the USA’s reach, weeks ago, to parts unknown and landed inside governments they already own! ( I mentioned this in past posting….better start watching private airports comings and GOINGS)

Also, now what happens to a military that has been used for illegal purposes against civilians, citizens, by the administration or what about DHS and ICE….are either departments friend or foe? Will they turn on U.S. citizens?

Either way it is going to take years to prosecute the ‘dead man walking’ and fellow traitors?

The USA will be chasing them down for at least the next 10+ years. Just like the world governments have done to capture the Nazis murderers.

Trump will not be the veto president. Here is why: https://www.amazon.it/dp/B0HGF5CN4F

The Silver Bullet (disqualification clause) will eliminate Trump's threat of being the "veto" president! LOL

What an amazing resource for all of us. Thank you again, Mitch. I'm ready to dive back in.

My team and I have been working on it for the last two days. I'm glad we didn't have to make too many changes (actually just added a few senate seats- my original had it at 51). Thanks for your ongoing engagement and support, Wade!
