40 Years Cross-Examining Liars. Now I Need You.

When I launched Uncensored Objection, my goal was simple. I was tired of watching the law and politics get twisted with nobody standing up to correct the record.
I would sit there with my phone, listening to confident people explain a ruling they clearly had not read. I watched politicians lie and intentionally mislead everyone watching. I watched indictments get turned into entertainment and constitutional questions get flattened into applause lines. And I watched millions of good people walk away misinformed, not knowing any better and through no fault of their own.
For 40 years I did the opposite of that work.
I took on the wrongdoers and tried more than 70 cases. I handled business fraud and wrongful death, and civil rights fights where the verdict decided how someone would live the rest of their life. One case I’m particularly proud of changed California law for the better.
My job was to stand a few feet from a person who was lying under oath and take their story apart until the truth was the only thing left standing. Four decades of that teaches you one skill above all others. You learn to separate what a powerful person claims from what the evidence actually proves.
That is the exact skill missing from most political coverage today. So I decided to bring it here.
Most of the coverage you see has a problem built into its foundation. Legacy outlets react. They chase the outrage that drives clicks. Their corporate owners and their advertisers quietly set the boundaries of what gets said and how hard anyone is willing to push. A newsroom funded by advertisers carries a permanent reason to avoid making the wrong people angry.
I built Uncensored Objection so that reason would never exist here.
Before I ever published a word, I set a few rules that still run everything I do.
I report about breaking political news stories from the actual record. I read the ruling, the statute, the filing, and the transcript, and then I tell you in plain English what it really says and why it lands on your life. You get analysis grounded in the record from someone who has lived in the legal trenches and argued facts in front of judges and juries.
I stay in my lane. Law, the Constitution, accountability, and privacy. I do not pretend to be an expert on things I am not, and I do not chase every story of the day just to feed the algorithm.
And I answer to you. No corporate parent, no advertiser, and no political party gets a vote in what I publish or how hard I say it.
Uncensored Objection exists to do one thing without flinching: take a breaking political news story and show you what the law and the evidence actually say, so you are never misled again. That work stays free for everyone because members make it possible.
Here is the part most readers never stop to think about.
I take no corporate advertising, so no sponsor can lean on me to soften a story. I have no outside investors, so no wealthy backer can call and ask me to look the other way. What holds this entire thing up is you.

The live video show. I go on camera with people who have sat at the center of the biggest political and legal fights of our time. I have appeared as a guest alongside Katie Couric. And on my own show, I have hosted the likes of Ty Cobb, the former White House Special Counsel, and Molly White, the journalist who has become a leading expert on crypto fraud. This is something new I rolled out, and more guests of that caliber are on the way. Members get full access to every live and recorded conversation.
