I think it's disturbing that you have to equate the loss of millions of girls' childhoods to lost economic benefit in order for some people to care. Also, I just had a conversation with a man who told me, "you have to be culturally sensitive to other cultures who have been operating that was for thousands of years... who are we to be deciding what's right for them?" (Among other things) And now I'm completely disgusted by someone I'd once respected.

Compound this unresolved and ongoing practice with the quietly spreading, very fringy conservative Christian push for One Vote Per Household (which I doubt will ever pass in the US) and it boggles the mind. Thanks for opening my eyes to this horrible abomination. Children should be allowed to be children, have access to an education, and Healthcare. I'm going to check into this and see what's going on in Massachusetts, there must be some way I can help fight this. It's too tragic for words. It makes me think about Epstein, Maxwell, and their billionaire buddies buying 12 year old girls from all over the world. Probably one way they got/get away with it. Makes me sick.
